Nicholas Eckelberry, Chairman, CEO, and Inventor of Electro-Aeration Inc. (EA)
Eckelberry, prior to serving as CEO and Inventor of EA, was responsible for inventing OriginClear's proprietary Electro Water Separation (EWS) technology, the high-speed, chemical-free process to extract organic contaminants and valuable materials from large quantities of water. Nicholas first laid the foundation for OriginClear in 1988 when he first worked with Japan's Hideto Uematsu on the breakthrough OHR MX static mixer system, a system that received the mechanical patent US 6,279,611 (28 Aug 2000) for the mixing of fluids at a microscopic level.
EA's prior art technology has since been implemented at some 2,000 sites in the Japanese wastewater industry and led to the development of the company's first patent, "Algae growth system for oil production" (US#8,993,314), known as "Quantum Fracturing ."It was the first patent filing by OriginClear, then called OriginOil. It focused on the challenge of feeding enough CO2 to algae cells to enable their production at an industrial scale. It was subsequently referenced in 107 other industry patents, making it a key early innovation for the fledgling algae sector. (video: Quantum Fracturing demonstration). Nicholas also holds a second patent, "Bio-energy reactor" (US#8,986,531), which showed how hydrogen could be generated as a continuous byproduct of algae production. It was called the Hydrogen Harvester. In November 2010, the company announced lab data indicating energy production per square meter comparable to solar cells.
Nicholas Eckelberry has authored or co-authored seventeen different inventions in algae production and wastewater cleanup. Nicholas is also responsible for the development and launch of Nano-Cal in 2003, a product line based around a uniquely formulated and highly bio-available form of calcium. Recently, Biofuels Digest ranked him one of the Top 300 People in the Bioeconomy for 2013-2014.
In 2013 - 2015, Eckelberry and Talbott Howard united to bring forth solutions focused upon disaster relief for the O&G sector and the State of California for their Alternatives for Drought 2016.
All the above led to the formation of Electro-Aeration Inc., where Eckelberry and Howard share a common goal of reducing virus breakouts and heavy metal poisoning. Both of their deceased fathers would not be victims of these extreme circumstances if technology such as EA existed 20 years ago.
Eckelberry realizes Mississippi Waterworks' agency opportunities with the Surface Water Institute affords the building of Community, Leadership, and Vision for the EA innovation faster.
For this, he is prepared to bring into Memphis, TN., plans for a Global Research and Development Technology Park in Harbor Town with the Surface Water Institute and distribution hub in Arlington TN for directing EA Utilities, Benchmarking & Standards in the United States first for support of Critical Infrastructure in Tennessee for Communities with Lagoons for TDEC.
After TDEC pilot completion 2022-2023, EA plans to unite Memphis, Tennessee globally, leadership to connect HQ of FedEx Global logistics centers to 180+ nation states lacking EA's technology, just-in-time (JIT).

Talbott Howard, COO of Electro-Aeration Inc., (EA)
Howard for 20 years has been exploring Alternative Energy as an investor, project leader, developer, and integrator after working within the private banking sectors packaging innovation systems to aid big-government policies that help address climate change and the effects of industrial hazards for inter-governed agencies, industry and communities lacking ready made solutions for answering uncertain times.
In 2005, he supported development plans for commercializing a new CHAMPCAR racing series for Paul Newman to be HQ in Las Vegas, Nevada, to bring forth his Hydrogen on Demand & carbon capture designs into racing industries via the brand named "GoHeroic" a network of 700 solution based URLs into the True Story Network, founded by Richard Sabb.
The development was going to introduce to General Motors and the public a racing series that applied bleeding-edge fuel savings from HHO on-demand while also cleaning the environment up in real-time and contributing a portion of all sales of a new American Motorcycle Company with OEM products that were going to give back to people living with cancer through Aspen Canyons Children's Ranch Foundation 501C3, enabling the growth of solutions into 700 different plus URL addresses globally under sponsored products.
In 2007, his Hydrogen on Demand experience put him into the four-member Advisory Council formed for Renewable Energy & Advanced Engine Developments (REAED) led by Dr. Gerald Micklow for developments in the NSF, SAE, and Cummins.
In 2008 developments for governor Schwarzenegger's Port Authorities, EPA, and CARB California became noticed by Jeff A. Moseley, President of the Greater Houston Partnership, to bridge the gap between Electric Vehicles and Hydrogen Fueling Stations. This systems approach became the Innovative Networking for Sustainable Alliances Energy Exchange pitch to Senate in 2009.
In all, the systems approach was before its time. However, Howard's persistence to cultivate the EA models of Environment-Conscious Technologies enabled EA's prior-art developments with Nicholas Eckelberry in 2013 - 2014 in San Francisco for the Contra Costa Water District to showcase the first "Toilet to Tap" program in Silicon Valley with East Bay Times coverage for a Press Conference in Martinez California.
Then EA's prior-art break happened within the Disaster Relief industries banking and insurance via SERVPRO, showcasing the first-ever discharge approval of wastewater in California for the EPA, which later were Endorsed by top FEMA authorities in 2015 and led to the following accolades:

Mark Gould is the Corporate Secretary, a Director, and Vice-President of Corporate Affairs of Electro-Aeration Inc. (EA)
For over 46 years, Gould has worked with Initial Public Offerings, corporate M&A and restructurings, corporate governance, and PR (broker, corporate and diplomatic). He's pioneered new technologies in the former and post-Soviet Union, co-founded a major Russian TV and Radio network, and; pioneered a new oil recovery technology in W. Siberia.
He has been active in securities work as a broker, operations principal, and a Corporate Affairs consultant and Officer for many companies since 1976. He's worked on multiple corporate restructurings, IPOs, corporate governance, and PR.
Since 1989 he has been active in new media and launching new technologies globally and in the former Soviet Union and Russia. In that regard, he co-founded Russian TV and Radio Network operator "CTC Media" in 1989 (which was eventually listed on NASDAQ National Market System, reaching a market cap high of $5.5 bln). He pioneered digital compression for TV broadcasting (the basis for video streaming) with the Soviet and later Russian Ministry of Communication and Soviet/Russian State TV/Radio Broadcaster "Gosteleradio") on the Moscow Global Satellite System. He gained the support of UNESCO, UNIDO, and CCIR for this global technology launch.
Working with General Instrument Corporation, he later helped equip the first broadband TV headend plant in Moscow. He also pioneered Microbial Enhanced Oil Recovery in W Siberia with Russian State oil producer "Rosneft."
Gould's experience with qualified disruptive technology and entry barriers enables Eckelberry and Howard's collective experiences to maintain Corporate governance and transparency while aligning the company towards potential near-term listings and exchanges.
