The Mississippi Waterworks Agency's mission with the Surface Water Institute (SWI) of Christian Brothers University starts with hang tagging innovations onto Disaster Recovery to access insurance companies, banks & their clientele by qualifying:

• Our product offerings are unique and differentiated.
• We are creating a new business category that will exceed the performance management of other wastewater-reduction and water treatment-efficiency technologies.
• We expect that our product performance will justify premium pricing and support a sound business decision for the end-user.
• We envision extending our technology to the US Corp of Engineers and FEMA for just-in-time operations. 
• We envision over the road portable wastewater treatments providing additional fuel savings for ICE vehicles, smart-grids applications, and pushing performance to the limits, year after year, product cycle after cycle.
• As such, we are explicitly entering into a "smartness" game.
